Craig W. Paterson, B.A., B.Sc., L.L.B., M.A.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) and Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Craig received his Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta in 1994. He started off his career working as a Constable with the Calgary Police Service. This experience left him with a desire to make a difference, so he decided to pursue a career as a lawyer.

Craig gained skills in the areas of Criminal Law while working as a Crown Prosecutor. He also does agency work in the areas of impaired driving, family court, and wills and estates. Craig continues to work as a Duty Council for Legal Aid, where he assists numerous individuals in their initial court appearances. He has a keen sense of justice and is motivated to assist individuals in gaining fairness from the legal system.

​Outside of his work, he is interested in the areas of history, geography, and sports. He is particularly interested in military history and thus obtained a Master's in Strategic War Studies in 2004. Craig entered his private practice in 2004 and continues to provide customer-focused, client-specific services. He is a dedicated individual and continues to enjoy the challenges his role presents
